3. Appointments and Scheduling
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
Confirmation: Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation detailing the date, time, and services to be performed.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on the condition and size of the vehicle. Any additional costs will be communicated prior to service commencement.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. A deposit is required to secure your appointment, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
5. Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a loss of deposit.
No-Shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior notice will result in a loss of deposit.
7. Vehicle Condition
Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle prior to service. Clean Finish Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
Pre-Existing Conditions: We will document any existing damage before starting work. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions not identified during the initial inspection.
8. Service Limitations
Extreme Conditions: Vehicles in extreme conditions (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, mold) may require additional time and incur extra charges.
Hazardous Materials: We do not handle hazardous materials, including but not limited to bodily fluids and toxic substances.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address any concerns and, if necessary, offer a re-service to meet your expectations.
10. Liability
Clean Finish Auto Spa LLC carries appropriate insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the services performed.
11. Modifications to Terms
Clean Finish Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients.
